Practice and contact

Connector Readiness Lab is the trading style of an independent sole proprietor based in South Africa.

Business enquiries, notices, complaints, and privacy requests: tebogokolodi2323@gmail.com.

This website accepts enquiries only. It does not take payment or conclude a service agreement. The supplier's full legal identity, physical contracting address, notice address, and invoice details are supplied in the written quote and transaction record before either party commits or any payment is requested.

The fixed-scope service

A fixed-scope, independent readiness review for a remote MCP server. The buyer names up to two client or fallback paths, up to 20 deterministic cases, and one connector or marketplace submission path. The delivery includes a dated readiness matrix, evidence index, written report, fix acceptance checks, and one agreed re-test within 30 days.

Implementation, penetration testing, legal or compliance certification, marketplace submission, and guaranteed approval are not included.

Price, payment, and timing

  • Fixed fee for the stated scope: US$495.
  • US$247.50 reservation deposit after written acceptance; US$247.50 on delivery.
  • Payment is requested by a genuine PayPal goods/services invoice.
  • The 48-hour target starts only after cleared deposit, accepted scope/terms/authorization, and required safe access.
  • No VAT is included or charged unless a lawful invoice expressly says otherwise.

Never send passwords, PINs, OTPs, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or online-banking login details. Credentials are not accepted through ordinary email.

How an agreement forms

Submitting an enquiry does not reserve work. The parties first complete the named scope, ownership and testing authorization, stop conditions, access route, evidence recipients, legal supplier details, price, timing, and service terms. The buyer accepts that final package electronically; the supplier acknowledges it; only then is the first invoice issued.

Cancellation, correction, and re-test

Before work begins, the buyer may cancel for a refund less any non-recoverable payment-provider charge, subject to mandatory law. After work begins, completed work may be charged and the unused balance refunded. A material omission from the accepted scope reported within five business days will be corrected without an extra fee. New or changed requirements are new scope.

Important boundary

Results describe the tested time, environment, versions, access, and cases. Platform requirements change. Microsoft, IBM, Harvey, Outreach, and other names may be used factually to identify a buyer-selected requirements path. This service is not affiliated with or endorsed by those organizations and cannot promise acceptance.
